Optimus contributes to the international boost of the Rycobel Group

Optimus Group is an established Belgian-Dutch-French group of companies specialized in the sale of testing and laboratory equipment and related services, especially in the petrochemical, specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical industry. Through this aqcuisition, the Rycobel group is committed to further strengthen its market position.

Level Next has succesfully advised the owners of the Optimus Group in the sale of their shares to the Rycobel group, backed by Dynamica. Frank Van Hoorick, previous shareholder of Optimus Group, reinvests in Rycobel group and reinforces the management team.
