Strategic and financing advice: Afix

Afix produces system racks and scaffolding with an own sales organization in different countries. In a first assignment, Level Next helped Afix with a strategic review and the expansion of the management team. This led to accelerated growth and higher margins. In a second assignment, Level Next assisted Afix in obtaining a mezzanine financing to accelerate its international growth.
