Sell-side advice: Flandria acquired by Bio-O!

Both Barbecook and Flandria used to be part of the group SAEY Home & Garden. After Level Next successfully guided the sale of Barbecook to Livwise (with the equity funds Dynamica and Tilleghem as its shareholders), they completed the sale of Flandria to family-owned Bio-O!.

Flandria is a well-known brand of individual gas convectors and gas heaters. Both Barbecook and Flandria remain in Belgian hands after these transactions.
