European EET Group acquires leading Belgian IT distributor Tridis

Tridis is a leading distributor of security products, network components and IT-accessories in Belgium and Luxembourg. With over 40 leading technology brands, Tridis has demonstrated solid and profitable growth of 60% over the last four years. In addition to the sale and distribution of products, Tridis offers project configuration, trainings and a variety of online services.

Level Next has succesfully advised Philippe Christiaens in the sale of his shares to EET group.

EET Group is one of the largest pan-European distributors, operating in 24 markets, serving more than 30.000 annual buying customers and carrying over 1.100 brands. In 2022, EET Group realised close to 620 million euro in revenue.

The acquisition of Tridis will strengthen and accelerate EET Group’s growth and will significantly reinforce its position in Belgium and Luxembourg.
